Who is Charlotte Martin?
Charlotte Martin is the Managing Director and has over 18 years experience in people management services.
She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), with extensive HR and Employee Relations experience and is qualified to post graduate level in Human Resource Management.
She has significant experience of ‘generalist HR’ such as employee relations, dealing with complaints, investigations and contractual change and also specialises in Reward, Recognition and Employee Benefits.
She is a trained mediator with coaching and mentoring skills and is accredited in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
In addition to her consultancy services, Charlotte provides guest lectures at Birmingham City University on Reward and Performance Management to post- graduate students.
