Charlotte Martin is the Managing Director and has over 25 years experience in HR and people management services.
Charlotte is a strategic HR leader and People Practice Consultant. Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, with extensive senior generalist HR and OD experience and particular strengths in driving organisation effectiveness. She has deep knowledge across a range of people practices including Business Partnering, Organisation Development, Total Reward, Employee Relations and Employee Experience. Working across all sectors providing strategic HR services and specialist project work with extensive stakeholder engagement expertise and proven results.

In addition to leading her own consultancy practice, her expertise is utlilised by the leading professional body for HR/OD and L&D on a regular basis and she provides associate services as a Senior Consultant on behalf of the CIPD championing and operationalising the development of the People Profession. Working with a vast range of clients and operating globally. She contributed to the development of the CIPD Profession Map and standards and has excellent knowledge of leading people practice.
Charlotte and her associates are also proficient trainers, designing and delivering bespoke learning events for both public and private sector as well as trained mediators with coaching and mentoring skills.
